🤖 Every creator-educator needs an AI twin • Why are TikTok views so low • Full-time creators earn more than you thought

Hi and Thank You all! For reading this, for giving me feedback, for networking and bringing new opportunities. Happy Thanksgiving!!

Now let's dive into AI creator twins, and some call-outs and hot takes 👀

→ If a creator-educator wants to scale, they'll have to bring an AI twin 🤖

If you're creating content, sooner or later, the question of scalability will arise.

Are you making entertaining content for YouTube or a video podcast? Then, it's worth slicing up the best moments into Shorts and TikToks. Are you writing a newsletter about marketing or finance? It wouldn't hurt to create snackable threads for Twitter or carousels for Instagram and LinkedIn.

But what about those who monetize their expertise?

Selling courses is an excellent option, but they don't always comprehensively address all the questions from your audience. You could, of course, do paid consultations through creatorpad or Intro, but how many hours do you have in a day? And, let's be honest, not everyone can afford a Zoom call for a few hundred bucks.

So here comes AI to the rescue! Well, my first experience interacting with AI twins of well-known experts was weird. A couple of months ago, I tried talking to an AI version of Alex Lieberman, the cofounder of Morning Brew — and he absolutely refused to recommend me the beehiiv platform, lol. So I'm not entirely sure what content this bot was trained on.

Last week, Justin Moore, who teaches creators how to earn more on brand deals, announced the beta launch of Creator Wizard AI, which is essentially his AI twin.

What's the key difference from the bot mentioned earlier? Justin's AI is trained not only on all his public content and Youtube videos but also on his paid courses, where his main expertise is encapsulated. To be honest, that sounds like a serious step forward.

I believe that in just a couple of years, we'll reach a point where almost every creator-educator will have their own avatar that you can chat with for free or for a monthly subscription.

Just imagine: you pay like for YouTube Premium, but you can annoy Justin with all the sudden burning brand deal questions you come up with at 2:00AM on Thanksgiving night. And the best part — he will answer. Man, just shut up and take my money 💸

→ What else you might have missed?

  • 🚩 PC Gamer is being called out for not being able to find any influential women in gaming in the past 30 years. Zero. Since 1993. Yeah, that sounds as ridiculous as it is disappointing. Pauliina Tornqvist, Senior Producer at Meta's VR Games has brought that issue up.

  • 💰 Avi Gandhi, the author of Creator Logic, pointed out that many of us may misinterpret stats about the creators' average earnings, which are therefore grossly underestimated. So how much does a full-time creator earn on average? You may be surprised.

  • 📉 Izzy Langstone, Social Media Specialist, has noticed that the trend of falling views on TikTok, which Brendan Gahan wrote about back in May, is not only still relevant, but is getting stronger. And the main reason now, is most likely the glut of TikTok Shop content.

  • 🎬 Are Youtube Shorts any better? Well, yes, but no. Jeff Rauseo, Digital Marketer & Content Creator, made a few good points on why he can't see any incentive to YouTube Shorts anymore: (1) it pays nothing, (2) 60 sec is nonsense (3) linking to long videos has zero impact on views...
